BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Applicable to Discount Pass Holders – Go City, Groupon, and Similar Partners)

1. Booking and Payment Terms

By reserving a tour with Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC using a discount pass (including but not limited to Go City, Groupon, or similar providers), you agree to the following:

  • No upfront payment will be charged by Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC at the time of booking.

  • However, a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.


2. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • Once your tour meets the minimum attendance and is confirmed by Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC, your booking becomes locked and non-cancellable within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

  • If you fail to appear for your scheduled tour (“no-show”), or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you expressly authorize Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC to charge your provided credit card a fee of $30 per person reserved on the booking.


3. Responsibility for Valid Passes and Codes

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your discount pass is valid and unexpired, and that you have access to any required QR codes, barcodes, or vouchers at the time of tour check-in.

  • If your pass is expired, invalid, or if you fail to present your required codes, you agree that Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC may charge your provided credit card the standard rate of $30 per person.


4. Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time may be canceled without penalty via our self-service system or by texting 619.255.6170.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours are not permitted, and no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be issued.


5. Authorization for Charges

By submitting your credit card information during booking, you:

  • Authorize Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC to charge your card in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Agree that such charges are non-contestable and represent agreed-upon liquidated damages for lost revenue and operational costs resulting from no-shows, late cancellations, or failure to present valid passes.


6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your booking shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours LLC, excluding amounts paid through third-party pass vendors.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.


7. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-show fee, cancellation deadlines, and responsibility for valid pass redemption.

8. AMENDMENTS

The Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours reserves the right to update or alter these Terms at any time, and will post the amended Terms on the Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours’s website at https://hauntedsandiegotours.com/booking-terms-and-conditions/. Any amendment will take effect 10 days after being posted to the Tour Operator’s website. An up to date copy of these Terms, as amended, may be accessed at any time on the Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours’s website and will be sent to you upon written request to the Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours. You are deemed to have accepted any amendments to these Terms on the date that is 10 days after their posting on the Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours’s website. The Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours recommends that you refer to the Terms prior to travel to familiarize themselves with the most up-to-date version available.
