• With your pass, you can choose any of our tours listed below—even if your pass says something different.

• If your pass lets you do multiple tours, go for it! Otherwise, pick the one that excites you most.

Why We Ask for Your Credit Card — and When It Will Not Be Charged

 TL;DR: You will not be charged if you show up. This is just a safety measure.

We’re a small local business, and unfortunately, we’ve had a lot of no-shows from discount pass customers in the past. That hurts.

So here’s how it works:

•  Booking is FREE.
  You won’t be charged anything when you book.

•  We have to have a credit card to hold your spot.
  This is to protect small local businesses like ours from last-minute no-shows.

•  No-show? Or cancel under 12 hours?
  Then we charge $35 per person.

•  Show up? You’re good. No charge.
  We’ll just scan your pass and get you spooked / history in style!

 Why This Policy Exists

We wish we didn’t need this policy. But no-shows take away spots from other guests and cost our small business time, energy, and revenue. Even your pass company recommends this approach — it’s standard across the industry now.

 Will I Be Charged?

 Booking is free. As long as your pass is valid and you attend, we won’t charge you.

 Choose Your Date & Time

• Select the slot that works best for you.

• If we don’t have enough people yet, your booking will show as “pending.” Many tours fill up the day of, so stay tuned!

 Confirmation & Checking In

• Once confirmed, you’ll get an email. Bring your QR codes or vouchers—we’ll scan them when you arrive or you will redeem in front of the host.

• Reminder: we do not generate your codes. Get those from whoever sold you your pass.

 Keep Your Phone Handy

• Make sure we have a good number for you. This is a MUST. If something surprising comes up we will text not email. If you have a group give us the number of whomever is most active on their phone please.

• After you book, read your confirmation email carefully. It has very important details. Do not reach out to us with questions that are covered in the email please, this our life too.
